Who we are

ATLAS Trading is a trading decision-support platform made of this website, a web platform and an API. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use them, why, who receives it and what you can do about it. You can reach us at contact@atlasostrading.com for any question about your data.

What we collect

When you create an account with an email address, we store your email address, your name if you give one, and a protected form of your password. Passwords are never stored in readable form: they are hashed with the Argon2 algorithm.

When you sign in or sign up with Google, Google sends us your name, your email address (only if Google has verified it), your profile picture address and a Google account identifier. We never receive your Google password.

If you fill in your trader profile, we store what you enter: display name, country, time zone, experience, styles, markets, favourite symbols, risk rules, goals and a profile photo. Every field is optional.

We store the work you do in the platform, such as saved strategies, test results, journal entries and published store strategies, so that you find them again. We also store your subscription status, the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the end date of your current period.

Our servers keep technical logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested, to run the service, find errors and protect it against abuse.

What we do not collect

ATLAS never connects to your broker or exchange account and never asks for your trading credentials. We do not store your card number: payments are handled by Stripe. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website or in the platform.

Why we use your data

We use your data to create and secure your account, to provide the modules you use, to manage your subscription and answer your requests, to keep the service reliable and to prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Who receives it

We rely on a few service providers who process data on our behalf. Render hosts the website, the platform, the API and the database on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Stripe processes payments and holds your payment details. Google provides the sign-in button when you choose it.

Some features send text you write to an AI model provider so that it can answer, for example when you ask for an analysis of a news item or describe a strategy in words. Do not put information in these fields that you would not want a provider to process. Market data providers only receive the market symbols we request, never your personal data.

What is stored in your browser

The platform keeps your session token, your language, your display preferences and your alert settings and history in your browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies. Stripe and Google may set their own cookies on their own pages, such as the Stripe payment page and the Google sign-in window.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile and the work stored in your workspace, except what we must keep to meet legal or accounting obligations. Payment records are kept by Stripe under its own rules. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to close your account, by writing to contact@atlasostrading.com from the address of your account. You can edit your profile and your name at any time in the platform, and you can cancel your subscription in the billing portal.

You can also revoke the access you gave to Google at any time in the security settings of your Google account. Doing so stops Google sign-in but does not delete your ATLAS account.

Security

We protect data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and separate workspaces for each account. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

ATLAS is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top of the page tells you when it was last updated, and we will make significant changes visible on the platform.
