Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of the ATLAS Trading website, platform and API. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What ATLAS is, and what it is not

ATLAS is a decision-support platform. It measures strategies on historical data, shows market data and produces signals and analyses. It never places orders, never connects to your broker or exchange account and never manages money on your behalf. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no figure is a promise of future results.

Trading carries a high level of risk and you can lose some or all of the money you invest. Read the risk disclosure before you use the service. Every trading decision, and its consequences, is yours.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give, for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us quickly at the contact address if you think your account was used without your permission.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The free plan has no time limit and requires no card. The paid plan is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the website when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not refund a period that has already started unless the law requires it.

We may change prices or plans. A change to the price of an active subscription applies from the next billing period, after we have told you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes trying to break or bypass its security, overloading it, scraping it in a way that harms its operation, sharing your access with others, reselling it without permission, or using it for anything unlawful.

Your content and the community store

You keep the rights to the strategies and other content you create. You give us the permission needed to store them, process them and show them to you. If you publish a strategy in the community store, you agree that other subscribers can read it, install it and see the measurement the ATLAS server makes of it, under the display name you choose. Strategies in the store belong to their authors, and ATLAS measures them but does not endorse them.

Our content

The platform, its software, its design and the texts of this website belong to ATLAS Trading or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Market data comes from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete or interrupted.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or stop features, including to maintain the service or for security reasons.

No warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Measurements, signals and AI analyses can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. To the extent the law allows, ATLAS Trading is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to contact@atlasostrading.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when they were last updated. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
